First we need to make sweetened curd.

Curd — 1/2Cup (145gms)
Sugar – 3tsps Or According To Taste
Add sugar to curd and mix with a whisk to get smoothened sweet curd.

Ingredients:
Samosas
Roasted Cumin Powder
Chat Chutney
Thin Sev
Sweetened Curd
Sweet Sour Chutney
Chat Masala Powder
Finely Chopped Coriander Leaves
Add the chutneys and powders according to individuals taste. ================================================
