Ingredients –
1kg Wheat (Genhu)
1Kg Barley (Jou)
1/2 kg Black Chana
Method –
Clean and mix all three grains, grind in a flour mill. You can store it for 2 months.
This is healthy bejad flour.
Take 2 cups of bejad flour, add salt. Knead dough using water. Cover and keep for 5 minutes.
Now prepare ball from the dough, dust with dry flour. Roll in a big thick disc. Roast on medium low flame from sides, apply ghee and enjoy healthy and tasty bejad roti.
