Ingredients –
1 kg thick good quality curd
1/2 cup powdered sugar
Chopped almonds
Chopped cashews
Pistachio flakes
½ tsp cardamom powder
Few saffron strands soaked in milk
Method –
Tie curd in a muslin cloth and hang for 8-10 hours.
Take out the hung curd in a bowl and beat for 2-3 minutes. Add powdered sugar and mix. Add nuts, soaked saffron and cardamom powder. Keep in fridge and serve chilled.
