Ingredients –
250gram whole wheat flour
1/4 cup pickle masala
2 tbsp Oil
1/2 tsp Salt
Method –
Mix all ingredients in a vessel, prepare a tight dough using water, cover and keep aside for 10 minutes. Now prepare balls from the dough, roll in a thin disc, cut diamond shape pieces with a knife.
Deep fry in medium hot oil till they become crispy. Let them cool and store in an airtight container.
Enjoy with tea.
