Ratlami sev is known for its taste, texture and flavour, it can be made in minutes with few ingredients.
Ingredients –
250gram Besan
1tsp Black pepper corns
8 cloves
1/2 tsp Red chili powder
1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
1/2 tsp Ajwain
1/4 hing
1 tsp Salt
30ml Water
Method –
Crush black pepper corns and cloves in a mortar. Keep aside.
Add besan in a bowl, add crushed black pepper corns and cloves, red chili powder, turmeric powder, hing, ajwain, salt, oil and mix nicely. Make a soft dough using water.
Now fill prepared dough in a sev maker, and pipeout the sev in hot oil and fry till sev become crispy.
Take out from oil, allow to cool, crush with hands, and our homemade crispy spicy ratlami sev is ready, store in an airtight container.
