गेंहू आटे और आलू का कुरकुरा चटपटा नाश्ता Rajasthan Famous Aloo masala Bati Food Connection

Ingredients –
2 cup whole wheat flour
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Ajwain
2 tsp Ghee
For stuffing –
4-5 boiled mashed potatoes
1 tsp red chili powder
1 tsp coriander powder
1/2 tsp garam masala
1/2 tsp aamchur powder
1 tsp cumin seeds
Chopped green chilis
Fresh coriander
Oil
Method –
For stuffing – heat oil in a wok, crackle cumin seeds, green chilis, boiled and mashed potatoes, all spices and fresh coriander. Mix and cook for 2 -4 minutes, keep aside and let it cool. Make small lemon size balls from the stuffing.
For dough – Add wheat flour, salt, ajwain, ghee in a vessel. Mix and prepare a dough using water, cover and keep aside for 10 minutes.
Now take a handful dough and stuff prepared aloo masala ball in dough, cover and seal ith nicely. Make it round, prepare all the batis from this way.
Now deep fry them in hot oil on medium flame, till they become crispy.
You can roast and air fry too for healthy way.
Enjoy with panchmel dal and green chutney.
