Ingredients –
1/2 Cup finely chopped onion

1/2 Cup finely chopped potato

1/2 Cup finely chopped paneer (cottage cheese)

1/2 Cup finely chopped cauliflower

1/2 Cup finely chopped fresh coriander

1/2 Cup finely chopped cabbage

3-4 finely chopped green chilli

1 inch grated ginger

1 Cup gram flour (besan)

1/4 Cup semolina (rava, suji)

1/4 Cup rice flour, 1 Cup boiled maggi (noodles)

1 Tsp white salt, 1/2tsp black salt, 1Tsp garam masala, 1tbsp red chilli

powder, 1/2Tsp ajwayan (carom seeds), 1/8tsp baking soda, 1tbsp. hot oil
