200g flour (maida)
1 tsp salt
60 ml oil
For stuffing –
4 boiled and mashed potatoes
2 tsp oil
1/2 tsp mustard seeds (rai)
1/2 tsp cumin seeds (jeera)
1 tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp turmeric powder (haldi)
1 tsp garam masala
1 tsp dry mango powder (aamchur Powder)
