Ingredients –
1 tsp ghee
¼ Cup Vermicelli / Sevai
Chopped nuts cashews, almonds, chironji , saffron strands
500ml Milk
1/2 Sugar
Method –
Heat 1 tsp ghee in a wok, add sevai and roast for 2 minutes on low flame, add chopped dry fruits, saffron and roast for a minute, now add ½ cup of water and let it cook till the sevai get soft.
Add milk and bring to boil, now turn the flame low and cook for 10 minutes and make it thick, add sugar and cook for a minutes, our tasty sevai kheer is ready and can enjoy it hot and chilled.
