Ingredients –
1.5 Cup Wholewheat flour
2 cups spinach
150gram grated paneer
1 tbsp Curd
1 tsp Sooji
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Black pepper powder
Method –
Wash spinach with water and dip in hot water for 10 minutes, take out spinach and dip in ice cold water. Remove all water and transfer in a mixer jar, add grated paneer, curd and make a fine paste.
Take whole wheat flour in a vessel, add salt, black pepper powder, sooji and mix, prepare a tight dough using palak paneer paste. Add oil and make the dough smooth.
Cover the dough for 10 minutes, after 10 minutes, prepare small balls from the green dough.
Grease with oil and roll them, make small puris, fry in hot oil on high flame.
You can enjoy these palak paneer puris in breakfast, lunch and dinner. And also perfect for lunchbox too.
