aaj hum bana rahe hai ek majedaar tasty pakoda platter, jisme 8 types ke pakode honge, ise aap 30 minutes me few ingredients me bana sakte hai. ye parties, breakfast, get togethers ke liye ekdam perfect rahega. isme aloo pakoda, pyaj pakora, paneer pakoda, bread pakoda, ajwain pakoda, mirch pakoda, baingan pakoda, tamatar pakoda sab aap ek hi batter se banayenge.
Ingredients –
1 Cup besan
1/4 cup Rice flour
1/2 tsp red chili powder
1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
1/2 tsp ajwaian
1 tsp Salt
Slices potatoes
Sliced Onions
Sliced Brinjal
Bread cut in four equal parts
Paneer cubes
Green chilis
Ajwain Leaves
Sliced tomatoes
Green chutney
Tomato ketchup
Method –
For pakoda batter, mix besan, rice flour, red chili powder, turmeric powder, salt, ajwain in a bowl. Add water and make a thick batter, just like pakoda batter.
Aloo pakoda – Dip potato slices in pakoda batter, add in hot oil and fry till they become crispy. Take them out and enjoy with green chutney.
Pyaj pakoda – Dip onion slices in pakoda batter, add in hot oil and fry till they become crispy. Take them out and enjoy with green chutney.
Baingan Pakoda – Dip brinjal slices in pakoda batter, add in hot oil and fry till they become crispy. Take them out and enjoy with green chutney.
Chili pakoda – Slit green chilis and sprinkle salt, saunf in slits and dip in pakoda batter, add in hot oil and fry till they become crispy. Take them out and enjoy with green chutney.
Ajwain pakoda – Dip ajwain leaves in pakoda batter, add in hot oil and fry till they become crispy. Take them out and enjoy with green chutney.
Paneer pakoda – Make a slit in paneer cube, stuff green chutney and dip in pakoda batter, add in hot oil and fry till they become crispy. Take them out and enjoy with green chutney.
Bread Pakoda – Apply green chutney on one bread piece and tomato ketchup on second bread piece, Joint them and dip in pakoda batter, add in hot oil and fry till they become crispy. Take them out and enjoy with green chutney.
Tomato pakoda – Apply green chutney on the tomato slice and dip tomato slices in pakoda batter, add in hot oil and fry till they become crispy. Take them out and enjoy with green chutney.
Our pakoda platter is ready and you can enjoy these crispy pakodas with chutney, ketchup and hot masala tea.
