Ingredients –
1.5 Liter Milk
1 tsp Red chili flakes
1 tsp Salt
1 Black pepper powder
Vinegar / Lemon Juice
Method –
Boil milk in a vessel. Remove from stove, add one glass of water.
Add red chili flakes, fresh coriander, black pepper powder, salt in milk. Give a mix.
Gradually add vinegar and mix, when milk started to curdled, place a muslin cloth over a sieve.
Keep sieve on a big bowl to collect the whey.
Pour curdled milk in sieve. Wash chhena with tap water, gently squeeze and try to make a rectangle from chhena. Place a heavy object on chhena and keep aside for 15-20 minutes.
After 20 minutes, remove paneer from cloth, cut in squares and you can use it making curries, pakodas, salads etc.

Ingredients –

1 tsp Salt

Method –
Boil milk, remove from flame, add a glass of water in milk.
Add red chili flakes, black pepper powder, fresh coriander, salt in milk. Mix nicely.
Mix 1 tbsp water in vinegar,
Gradually add water and vinegar mix in boiled milk, stir and mix till milk curdled properly.
Now place a muslin cloth on a sieve, pour curled milk and wash with tap water at the same time. Squeeze and make a tight square shape, keep a heavy object and keep aside for 15-20 minutes.
Now homemade masala paneer is ready.
