Ingredients –
2 cups grated bottle gourd
2 cups wheat flour
1/2 cup semolina/suji/ rava
1 cup gram flour
1 tsp red chilli powder
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp carom seeds
1 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp baking soda
For tempering-
2 tbsp oil
1 cup chopped onion
1 cup chopped tomatoes
1/2 tsp chilli powder, 1/4 tsp turmeric powder, 1 tsp coriander powder 1/2 tsp salt and mix.
For final assembling –
fresh curd, green chutney, tamarind chutney, chopped onion, chopped tomatoes, nylon sev,
spiced peanuts, pomegranate and fresh coriander
