Ingredients –
250gram soyabean
Vinegar
Method –
Soak soybean for 8-10 hours, next day, drain out all the water. Add in mixer in bathes and water, grind in a smooth paste, use 1.5 liter to make soyabean milk, Now place a sieve on a bowl, and muslin cloth over the sieve. Pour prepared paste and squeeze nicely. Our homemade soy milk is ready, you can store it for 2 days in fridge and use in making drinks, smoothies, shakes.
For tofu add soya milk in a vessel, stir continue and boil the milk, now remove from the stove and add vinegar, stir and after few seconds, milk will curdled. Pour the curdled milk in a sieve, tie in a muslin cloth, keep a heavy object over it and keep aside for 30 minutes. After 30 minutes homemade tofu is ready, you can use this tofu in making salads, curries, snacks etc.
