Ingredients –
1 /4 cup almonds
1/4 cup cashews
1/4 Walnuts
1/4 cup sunflower seeds
1/4 cup pumpkin seeds
1/4 cup peanut butter
1/4 cup honey
100 gram melted dark chocolate
Method –
Add all dry fruits, seeds in a pan, dry roast them for 2-3 minutes on low flame. Allow them to cool. Transfer in a grinder jar and grind in a course powder.
Transfer this powder in a bowl, add honey and peanut butter and mix nicely. Place a parchment paper in a square or rectangle box, transfer this mixture and flatten nicely. Pour dark chocolate over it and keep in fridge for 15 minutes or can keep on room temperature for 2 hours. Cut in squares and enjoy healthy and tasty dryfruit chocolates.
