For sugar free whole wheat flour vanilla cake premix-
1.5 cup whole wheat flour (genhu ka aata)
3/4 cup jaggery powder (gud)
2tbsp corn flour
2tbsp flax seeds powder (alsi)
1/3 cup milk powder
1.5tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4tsp salt
1/4tsp citric acid
1tsp vanilla powder
For whole wheat flour chocolate premix-
1.5 cup whole wheat flour
3/4 cup sugar
2tbsp corn flour
2tbsp flax seeds powder, 1/3 cup milk powder,
1/4 cup cocoa powder, 1.5tsp baking powder,
1/2 tsp baking soda, 1/4tsp
salt, 1/4tsp citric acid, 1tsp vanilla powder
