2 Cups boiled rice
1 + 1/2 Cup thick curd
1 whole red chilli
Few curry leaves
1 Tsp mustard seeds
1 Tbsp urad dal
1 Tbsp Clarified Butter
Fresh coriander
Salt to taste
A pinch of asafoetida
