hello friends, monsoon special crispy corn pakoda banane ka ekdam simple and quick recipe aaj hum laye hai aap sabke liye. Teatime meaap is crispy corn snack ko enjoy kar sakte hai and small parties me bhi bana sakte hai.

Ingredients –
2 corn
1chopped green chili
1 inch grated ginger
Fresh coriander
1 tsp red chili powder
1 tsp salt
1/2 cup besan
Method –
Grate one and a half corn cob. Take out kernels from the leftover 1/2 corn cob.
Add grated corn and corn kernels in a bowl, add green chilis, ginger, fresh coriander, red chili powder, carom seeds, salt and gram flour. Mix and prepare a pakoda batter. Add water if needed.
Now drop pakoda batter in hot oil andfry till they become crispy.
Enjoy tasty corn pakoda with yummy green chutney.
