Ingredients-
For 100% whole wheat bread dough

500g whole wheat flour (genhu ka atta)

2 Tbsp fresh yeast

2 Tbsp. powdered sugar

1 Tsp. salt

1 Tbsp. oil

1 Tbsp. Flax seed powder + 2.5Tbsp. luke warm water

For All Purpose Flour bread dough-

400g All purpose flour ( maida)

2.5 Tsp. Instant Active Dry Yeast

1 Tbsp. Sugar

1 Tsp. Salt

2 Tbsp. butter

  • 1) Maam maine fresh yeast 500 gm ki brick purchase ki hai. Uspar expiry date 2 yrs hai, aur aapne bataya ki fresh yeast ki life kam hoti hai.
    To aisa kaise? Plz rply kare.
    2) After opening, fresh yeast ko fridze me rakhte hai ya room temperature par.

  • mam agar hum fresh yeast ki jagah instant active yeast use kar ke gehun ka atta lagayenge to yeast ki measurement kya hogi?
    mujhe confusion yeh hai ki 1 tbsp ki jagah 1 tsp instant yeast lenge to gehun me kam aur maide me jyada kyun? 500 gm gehun me 2 tsp instant yeast aur 400 gm maide me 2.5 tsp instant yeast.
