Ingredients –
1/2 Cup Soaked chana dal
1/2 Cup Corn kernels
1 tbsp Grated fresh coconut
1/2 Cup finely chopped onions
1 tbsp finely chopped ginger
1tbsp finely chopped green chilis
1 tbsp Fresh mint leaves
1/4 Cup Fresh coriander
1 tsp Fennel seeds
1 tsp Cumin seeds
1/2 tsp Black pepper powder
1/2 tsp Red chili powder
1 tsp aamchur powder
1 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Black salt
1 lemon juice
1/4 cup corn flour
For Chutney –
1 cup Fresh Coriander
2-3 Green chilis
1 inch ginger
1 tbsp soaked cashews
1 tbsp soaked raisins
1 tsp chaat masala
1 tbsp curd
1/4 tsp Black salt
1/2 tsp Salt
Method –
Grind soaked chana dal, corns, coconut in mixer jar.
Transfer in a bowl, add all ingredients and mix gently. Prepare small balls from the mixture with wet hands and roll on a thin stick and give kabab shape. Remove from the stick and prepare all kababs in the same way.
Now deep fry them in hot oil on medium flame or can roast in oven too.
For chutney – mix all chutney ingredients in a mixer jar, add water and grind, kabab chutney is ready.
Serve with kabab chutney and salad.
