100 gram mozzarella cheese block
1cup dry bread crumbs
1/2 cup maida
1/2 cup cornflour
1/2 tsp salt
1/2tsp black pepper powder
Method –
Cut long sticks from the cheese black.
Mix corn flour, maida, salt, black pepper in a bowl. Add water and prepare a thick slurry.
Dip cheese sticks in slurry and then coat with dry bread crumbs, again dip in slurry and coat with dry bread crumbs for thick coating. Prepare all cheese sticks in the same way. You can store these cheese sticks in deep freezer for months. For frying, heat oil and fry on medium to high flame till they become golden brown in colour. Take them out from oil and serve hot with tomato ketchup and mayo.
