Ingredients –
500gram maida
2 tsp Salt
2 tbsp Sugar powder
2.5 tsp Instant active dry yeast
Butter / Oil
Method –
Mix maida, salt, sugar, yeast in a bowl, add water and prepare a soft and sticky dough.
Now transfer the dough on a greased platform and need for 7-8 minutes with Pull and Strech method. Make the dough soft, strechy. Now make a ball from the dough, place in a greased big bowl, grease the bowl too and cover nicely, keep aside for 40-60 minutes.
After 40 minutes the dough will increase in double in volume. Now punch the dough with greased hands, transfer the dough on a greased platform, knead gently, divide the dough in 12 equal parts and prepare smooth balls from the dough.
Take a 8 inches square cake tin, grease and place all 12 balls in the cake tin, keep distance them and cover with a thick kitchen cloth, keep aside for 20 minutes. They are now double in size, gently milk wash them a brush.
Preheat oven on 180 degrees for 5-8 minutes, Plce cake tin in oven and bake on the same temperature for 20 minutes. Take them out brush pav with ghee / oil or butter, after 5 minutes, demould and allow to cool on a wire rack for 30 minutes. Now our homemade soft and spongy ladipav.
