Ingredients –
1 Cup Roasted chana (without Skin)
1/3 Cup powdered Sugar
1/3 Cup Ghee
1 tbsp chopped Nuts
1/2 tsp Cardamom powder
Method –
Add roasted chana in a mixer jar, grind and prepare a fine powder.
Mix ghee and sugar in a bowl, beat for a minute, add roasted chana powder, cardamom powder and dryfruits, mix nicely. Prepare a dough, now fill the dough in a modak mould and demould.
Our tasty, easy and quick no fire modak is ready.
