Ingredients –
20 fresh betel leaves
1/4 cup desiccated coconut
1/4 cup gulkand
1/4 cup Tutti fruity
1 tbsp fennel seeds
1 tbsp coloured fennels
1 tbsp dhana dal
1 tbsp Minaxi chutney
1 tsp kattha
1/4 tsp paan flavour (powder form)
A pinch of edible chuna / lime stone
Method –
Wash betel leaves, wipe with a clean cloth, dry them under fan for 10 minutes.
Cut pointed part and bottom part of the betel leaves and discard them.
Now cut the betel leaves with scissors.
Add edible chuna and katha in a bowl, mic nicely. Add all ingredients in bowl and mix nicely.
Now paan mukhwas is ready, you can store in fridge for 3-4 months.
