1 cup chickpeas (chole) overnight soaked
For Tahini paste –
1/2 cup sesame seeds (til)
2tbsp extra light oilve oil
For white hummus –
two big spoonful boiled chickpeas
1tbsp chopped garlic
1tsp lemon juice
1tbsp curd
1/2 tsp salt
2 tbsp tahini paste
2tbsp extra virgin olive oil
For green hummus –
two big spoonful boiled chickpeas
1/4 cup fresh mint
1/4 cup fresh coriander
1 green chilli
1tbsp chopped garlic
1tsp lemon juice
1tbsp curd
1/2 tsp salt
2 tbsp tahini paste
2tbsp extra virgin olive oil
For pink hummus
two big spoonful boiled chickpeas
1/4 cup boiled
beetroot
1tbsp chopped garlic, 1tsp lemon juice, 1tbsp curd, 1/2 tsp salt,2
tbsp tahini paste, 2tbsp extra virgin olive oil
