Ingredients –
1 Cup Besan
1/4 Cup Sooji
1/4 Cup Curd
1 tsp Salt
Paneer
Fresh coriander
For coconut chutney –
1/4 Cup Coconut
1 tbsp roasted chana
1 green chili
1/4 Cup Fresh coriander
1/2 tsp Salt
For tadka –
1 tsp oil
1/2 tsp Mustard seeds, urad dal
Curry leaves
Method –
Mix besan, sooji, salt in a mixing bowl, add curd and make a thick, flowing batter using 1/2 cup of water. Cover and keep aside 10 minutes.
Heat cast iron tawa on low flame, apply few drops of oil and spread with a tissue paper.
Pour a big spoon of batter in the middle of tava and spread in outwards, apply oil if you want, add grated paneer on dosa, add green coriander and sprinkle some red chili powder. Roast till it crispy properly. Remove from tawa.
For coconut chutney, add fresh coconut, roasted chana, green chili, fresh coriander, salt and 1/4 cup water, grind and make coconut chutney. Transfer in a bowl, for tadka, heat oil, crackle mustard seeds, urad dal, curry leaves. Add tadka in coconut chutney, mix and our tasty coconut chutney is ready.
Now enjoy instant besan dosa with coconut chutney.
