Aaj hum bana rahe hai all time favrouite mix veg kadai sabji, jise mene pressure cooker me banaya hai, ekdam lajwab aur tasty recipe hai, guest ke aane par ya weekend par aap is sabji ko jhatpat se banakar enjoy kar sakte hai. Ekbaar banaye and apna experience hamare sath jaroor share kare.

Mix veg kadai, mix vegetable, mix sabji recipe, indian curry recipe, indian food blogs, hotel style curry recipe, hitel style sabji recipe, food connection,

1 inch chopped ginger
6-8 garlic cloves
2 green chilis
1 tbsp Cashews
2 tbsp fresh cream or malai
1/2 cup Capsicum chopped in square pices
1 tsp red chili powder
1 tsp coriander powder
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Sugar
1 tbsp Kasoori methi
1 tsp Jeera
1 bay leaf
Cinnamon stick
A piece of mace
Fresh coriander
Oil
Butter
Method –
Heat 1 tbsp oil, 1 tsp butter in a pressure cooker, add cumin seeds, add ginger, green chilis, garlic and onion, cook on low flame for 2 minutes, add tomatoes and cashews and cook for 2-3 minutes, add salt and 1/2 cup of water. Place a ring in the center of the pressure cooker, keep a metal container and transfer green peas, cauliflower, carrots, French beans and cover the pressure cooker with lid, take two whistles on medium flame, allow to cool, remove lid and take out the container of vegetables, sieve and remove the excess water from vegetables, keep aside.
Now transfer the gravy ingredients in a mixer jar and allow to cool, grind and make a fine puree from it.
Add 1 tsp butter / oil in a pan and add capsicum and fry for a minute, add boiled vegetables and cook for 2-3 minutes.
Heat 1 tbsp oil and add bay leaf, cinnamon stick and a piece of mace, add red chili powder, coriander powder and turmeric, cook for a minute, add kasoori methi and add prepared gravy, Cook on low flame, add water if needed, cover and cook for 5-6 minutes on low flame. Add fresh cream or malai and cook for a minute, add fried vegetables and 1 tsp sugar, cook for 2 minutes on low flame.
Garnish with fresh coriander. Enjoy with roti, chapati or paratha.
