200g fine besan (gram flour)
1tsp citric acid
A pinch of asafoetida
1tsp baking soda
1/4tsp turmeric powder
2tsp salt
1/4 cup powdered sugar
1/4 cup oil
For tempering-
1tbsp oil
1tsp mustard seeds
2 green chilli
