Recipe –
Ingredients –
1 cup desiccated coconut
1/2 Cup sugar
1/2 Cup Milk powder
2 green cardamom
Edible silver varak
Pistachio flakes
Method –
Add sugar, coconut, green cardamom in a mixer jar, make a fine powder, transfer in a mixing bowl.
Add 1 tbsp milk and prepare a soft dough. Set in a small square mould. Keep in fridge for 30 minutes.
Take out from fridge, demould and garnish with edible silver foil and pistachio flakes.
Cut in rectangle pieces and enjoy delicious barfi. We can enjoy during fasting days too.
