सिर्फ 5 मिनट में बनाये प्याज का चटपटा अचार Onion Pickle | Indian Homemade Pickle – Food Connection

Ingredients –
4-5 medium size onions
4-5 Green chilis
1 tbsp Oil
1 tsp mustard seeds
1 tsp Fennel seeds
1 tsp kalonji
1/4 tsp Hing
1 tsp Red chili powder
1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
1 tsp Salt
1 tbsp Vinegar
Method –
Peel and wash onions, cut in thin slices. Transfer in a bowl, add red chili powder, turmeric, salt, vinegar and mix.
Heat oil, crackle mustard seeds, fennel seeds, kalonji, add hing and pour this tadka on onions. Mix and store in a glass jar, keep in fridge for a week.
