सालभर के लिए बनाये बिना चीनी बिना गुड़ आँवला मुरब्बा Amla Candy / Indian Gooseberry Candy Recipe

Ingredients –
250 gram Amla (indian goose berry 0
250 gram mishri (sugar)
1 bay leaf
4 cloves
1cinnamon stick
2 cardamom
10 pepper corns
Method
Wash and wipe amla. Place them on a steamer and steam for 10 minutes on medium flame. Switch off the flame. Remove from steamer.
Add steamed amla in a vessel, add mishri and cook on low flame. Add 2 tbsp water, cook on low flame, add bay leaf, cinnamon stick, cloves, cardamom and whole black pepper corns.
Cook on low flame till sugar melts properly and amla turn in brown in colour.
Switch off the flame. Cover and keep aside. After 2hours, transfer in a glass jar and store for a year.
