1 liter full fat milk
80-100 gram Mishri
1tsp Lemon juice
Method –
Add milk in a heavy bottom wok, boil on high flame. Mix lemon juice and 1tbsp water. Add 1tsp lemon +water mixture in milk, stir and cook on medium to high flame and reduce the milk, gradually add lemon water mixture in milk. Reduce till the milk thickens. Add 80gram mishri and cook on medium flame. Switch off the flame, let it cool. Add rest of 20 gram crushed mishri and serve chilled.
