Ingredients –
150gram less spicy fresh green chilis
1 tbsp oil
1 tbsp besan
1 tsp cumin seeds
1 tsp fennel seeds
1 tsp coriander seeds
1/4 tsp hing
1/2 tsp red chili powder
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp Salt
1 tsp Aamchur powder
Method –
Heat oil in a pan, crackle cumin seeds, fennel seeds and coriander seeds, add hing and cook for few seconds.
Add chopped green chilis, cook on low flame for a minute. Add red chili powder, turmeric powder, salt and cook for a minute.
Add besan and 1/4 cup water in a bowl, add 1/2 tsp red chili powder and mix nicely, add besan batter over the chilis and cook on low for 2 minutes.
Rajasthan famous mirchi tapore is ready, you can store it for 2 days.
