राजस्थानी मंगोड़ी एकबार बनाये साल भर खाये राजस्थान की मूंग दाल मंगोड़ी बनाने का परफेक्ट तरीका Mangodi

Ingredients –
300 gram yellow moong dal
200 gram chawali / lobiya
1 tbsp grated ginger
1 tsp crushed dry coriander
1 tsp crushed fennel
1 tsp red chili flakes
1 tsp salt
Method –
Wash dal and chawali and soak them in water for 3-4 hours separately.
Now remove water and grind both dals in smooth paste separately
Transfer in a big bowl. Beat both dals with hands for 10 minutes.
Add ginger, coriander, fennel seeds, red chili flakes, salt and mix nicley.
Now drop big drops/ lumps on the plates or good quality plastic sheet or sun dry for 2-3 days.
Store in a container and prepare delicious curries.
