Crispy cutlet recipe is very tasty and delicious. These cutlets are very easy to make and are perfect for parties and get together. Kids and persons of all age group people will love it. kWe all associate snacks with ‘something fried’ like tikki, cutlet, samosa, pakoda and the list goes on. There’s something about evening hunger pangs that bend our appetite towards these oily foods to be paired with a hot cup of tea.

Ingredients –
2 packs of maggi
2 -3 boiled and mashed potatoes
1/2 cup finely chopped onions
1/2 cup finely chopped capsicum
1/2 cup gated carrots
1/4 cup sweet corns
2 packets of maggi masala
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper powder
For slurry –
2-3 tbsp maida
1/4 tsp salt
2 packs of finely crushed maggi
