Aaj mai banane ja rahi hu til moongfali laddu. Yeh laddu apki family & friends ko bohot pasand aayege, Ek bilkul delightful aur mouthwatering traditional Indian mithai, Jo muh mai rakte hi gul jaye. Meri step-by-step sweet recipe ko follow kar ke delicious til peanut laddu ko easily apne kitchen mai banaye.
Ingredients –
½ cup peanuts
½ cup sesame
½ cup sugar
1 litre
½ tsp cardamom powder
Method –
Add milk in pan, allow to boil and reduce the milk till it is reduced to its ¼th quantity on low flame. Stir occasionally.
Meanwhile dry roast sesame seeds and peanuts separately in a pan for 3-4 minutes on medium flame. Allow them to cool. Roughly crush the peanuts, remove the skin and grind in a mixer jar, take out peanut powder in a bowl. Add roasted sesame seeds in the mixer jar and grind to make a coarse powder.
Now check the milk, it is now in a thick, creamy consistency. Add ground peanut and sesame seeds powder in milk and cook on low flame till all the mixture comes together in pan.
Add cardamom powder and switch off the flame. Allow to cool the mixture. Prepare small laddus from the mixture.
Soft and mouth-melting laddus are ready to eat.
