Ingredients –
250gram whole wheat flour (genhu aata)
3 tbsp Ghee
200gram Gud (jaggery)
1/4 cup almond slices
1/4 cup sliced dry coconut
1/4 cup coriander seeds
Method –
Add 2 tbsp ghee and whole wheat flour in a heavy bottomed wok. Roast the flour for 15-18 minutes on low flame till the flour becomes golden brown.
Remove from the heat, add almonds, coconut and coriander seeds in roasted flour.
Heat a pan on low flame, add 1 tbsp ghee and jaggery and melt on low flame, stir continuously.
Add 2 tsp water and mix nicely.
Add jaggery syrup in roasted flour and mix nicely. Allow to cool for 2-3 minutes.
Make laddus from the mixture, store on room temperature.
