We are preparing the Papad without drying them in open or in sunlight. They are easy to make, crispy, delicious and can be stored for more than a year.

1 Tsp rock salt (sendha namak)
1/2 Tsp cumin seeds (jeera)
1/2 Tsp black pepper powder (kali mirch powder)
500 ml water
