300gram chopped chocolate
125ml fresh cream
40 parle g biscuits
Method –
Add chocolate in a bowl and melt on double boiling method or in microwave for 30 – 30 seconds intervels. Now add luke warm fresh cream and mix gently keep aside for 10 minutes.
Apply chocolate ganache on parle g biscuit and place another biscuit on it make a stack from 5 biscuits, in the same way make 8 stacks.
Place place some ganache on a butter paper. Arrange biscuits as shown in the video, please check our video on Food Connection Youtube channel for reference. Cover all the biscuits with leftover chocolate ganache, keep in fridge for an hour, cut in slices and enjoy !!
