Ingredients –
200gram Marri biscuit
1/4 Cup Cashews
1/4 Cup Almonds
1/4 Cup Sugar
1/4 Cup Milk powder
1/4 Cup Desiccated coconut
1/4 Cup Milk
A pinch of yellow food colour
1 tsp Cardamom powder
Siver edible foil
Pistachio flakes
Method –
Add cashews, almonds, sugar in a mixer jar and prepare a fine powder.
Add marri biscuits in a mixer jar and prepare a fine powder.
Mix cashews almond sugar powder and biscuit powder in a bowl, add milk powder and desiccated coconut, cardamom powder and yellow food colour. Mix nicely. Add milk and prepare a dough.
Roll the dough and make a thick square sheet, apply edible silver foil and pista flakes.
Press gently, Cut in small square pieces and our delicious no fire barfi is ready to serve.
