बिना गैस जलाये बिना घी से बनाये महँगी मिठाई No Fire Dry Fruit Cassata Roll Food Connection

Ingredients –
1/2 Cup Almonds
1/2 Cup Cashews
1/2 Cup Sugar
1/2 Cup Milk powder
1/4 Cup Mix chopped nuts
1 tbsp Cocoa powder
Green food colour
Yellow food colour
Silver edible leaves
Method –
Add almonds and cashews in a mixer jar and make a fine powder, transfer in a mixing bowl.
Make a fine sugar powder using mixing jar. Mix in cashew and almond powder, add milk powder and mix.
Divide in 3 equal parts. Add green food colour in one part and add 1 tbsp milk and make a dough, make it smooth with greased hands, keep aside.
Add cocoa powder in second part and make a dough using milk, keep aside.
Add yellow food colour and chopped nuts in third bowl and make a dough using milk.
Roll green and brown dough with rolling pin and make a rectangle sheet.
Roll yellow dough and make a log. Now place green sheet over the brown sheet, keep yellow log on the green sheet. Now cover the yellow log with both sheets and seal the ends, give a triangle shape to log. Apply silver varak and keep in fridge for 2 hours.
Now cut in 1/2 cm thick slices and enjoy rich tasty dryfruit cassata roll.
