Ingredients –
Ingredients –
1/4 cup cornflour
1 tbsp powdered sugar
A pinch of yellow food colour
3/4 cup water
Method –
Mix cornflour, sugar, food colour and water in a pan. Now keep it on low flame and cook, stir continuously. Cook till the mixture thickens, glossy and transparent. Now switch off the flame.
Take a sev maker, place a small hole sev disc. Fill the sev maker with cornflour mixture, close the lid.
Take ice cubes and chilled water in a big bowl. Pipe out the noodles in chilled water. Prepare all the sev in the same way. Keep aside it for 10 minutes, after 10 minutes our homemade falooda noodles are ready. Keep them in fridge with water. Use within 2-3 days.
