Ingredients –
1/4 cup Chopped almonds
1/4 cup Chopped cashews
1/4 cup Chopped walnuts
1/4 cup Sunflower seeds
1/4 cup Chopped Pumpkin seeds
1/2 cup dry desiccated coconut
1 tbsp poppy seeds
100 gram Khoya
300 gram Deseeded dates
1 tbsp Ghee
Method –
Heat a tbsp. ghee in a wok, add almonds, cashews, walnuts, pumpkin seeds, poppy seeds, sunflower seeds and roast for a minute. Add desiccated coconut and mix, Keep aside, Add dates in wok and cook for 3-4 minutes or till they become mushy. Add all dryfruits amd mix.
Spread in a greased plate. Cut in squares and eat daily in winter season.
