1+1/2 Cups Maida (All purpose flour)
1/2 Cup Butter/ oil
3/4 Cup Powdered sugar
1/2 Cup fresh curd
3/4 Cup milk
2 Meetha Paan
2 Betel leaves
1 Tsp Baking soda
1/2 Tsp Baking Powder
A Pinch of green food colour (optional)
For Decoration
1Cup Non-dairy whipping cream
2 Tbsp sugar +2 Tbsp water
Paan Syrup (optional)
Neutral gel (optional)
Colourful fennel or sprinkles

Mam jab cream m hum red colour dalte h to vo pura red nahi aata h jada matra m colour dalne se bhi nai ata h kya karan ho sakta h aur kon,se brand ka colour use karna chahiye ki jo bhi colour hum cream m,use kare vo perfect vaisa hi colour aye.

wow..vry innovative ..mam ap kunsa beater use karti ho and uska voltage bataye…bcoz i think voltage agar zyada ho toh cream achi whip hoti hai …ye meri thinking hai …bcoz mere pass joh beater hai uska voltage 150 hai toh woh kabhi stabalize whip nahi hovi …hamesha soft soft pighli hovi rehti hai ..woh bhi rich brand ki non diary use karti ho me….
