Ingredients :-
For 50-60 puris
1 Cup semolina/ suji/ rava
1/4 Cup Maida
For Stuffing –
Stuffing1 -3-4 Boiled potato, 1 Tbsp chaat masala, 1/2 Tsp red chilli
powder, 1 Tsp salt, 1tsp black salt, 1 Tbsp green chutney, 1/2 Cup Boiled
black chickpea (kala chana)
Stuffing2 -1 Cup boiled sprouted green moong, 1 Tsp green chutney, 1/4
tsp salt, 1/4 tsp black salt, 1/2 tsp red chilli powder, 1 tsp chaat masala
For pani –
1/2 cup mint leaves, 1/2 cup coriander leaves, 1 green chilli, 1 small piece
of ginger, 1tbsp soaked fennel seeds, lemon juice of 2 lemon, 1tsp salt, 1
tsp black salt, 1/2 Tsp red chilli powder, 1 tsp chaat masala, 1 tsp cumin
powder, 1/4 Cup raw mango pulp, salted boondi
