Ingredients –
1/2 cup sabudana
1 chopped potato
1 green chili
1 chopped tomato
Fresh coriander
1 tsp rock salt
½ tsp black pepper powder
1 tsp jeera
2 tsp ghee
1/4 cup peanuts
Method –
Wash sabudana with water and keep aside. Heat 1 tsp ghee in a wok. Add peanuts and roast for 30 seconds, take out peanuts from wok. Add 1 tsp ghee in wok, heat and add jeera, crackle and add green chilis and chopped potatoes, stir and cook for 1 minutes, add sabudana, mix and cover with lid and allow to cook for 2 minutes on low flame. Uncover and add 2 cups of water, add salt and black pepper powder, cover and cook for 10 minutes on low flame. After 10 minutes, uncover and add chopped tomatoes, roasted peanuts and fresh coriander, mix and switch off the flame. Serve this hot soupy noodles and enjoy fasting days.
