Ingredients –
1cup = 250ml
For white dough-
135g / 1 cup maida (all-purpose flour)
1 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1 tbsp milk powder
3/4 tsp instant active dry yeast
For red dough-
135g / 1 cup maida (all-purpose flour)
1 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1 tbsp milk powder
3/4 tsp instant active dry yeast
1/4 cup beetroot puree (link in description box)
For green dough-
135g / 1 cup maida (all-purpose flour)
1 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1 tbsp milk powder
3/4 tsp instant active dry yeast
1/4 cup spinach puree (link in description box)
