Ingredients –
1 Cup Rice flour
1/4 Cup Sooji
1/4 Cup Maida
1/4 Cup Roasted peanuts
1/4 Cup Roasted chana
1/4 Cup chopped curry leaves
1 tsp red chili powder
1 tsp cumin seeds
1 tsp Sesame seeds
1 tsp Salt
2 tsp Ghee
Method –
Add roasted peanuts and chana in a mixer jar and grind coarsely.
Mix rice flour, maida, sooji, peanuts and chana powder in a mixing bowl, add all spices, ghee and mix nicely. Add water and make a soft dough.
Prepare small balls from the dough and keep them on a greased plastic sheet. Press with a bowl and prepare small discs.
Fry in hot oil till they become crispy. Let them cool and enjoy with tea / coffee.
