1/2 Cup Grated carrot
1/2 Cup grated cabbage
1/2 Cup finely chopped capsicum
1/2 cup finely chopped onion
3 medium sized boiled & grated potatoes
1 Tbsp soya sauce
1 Tbsp Chilli sauce
1 Tsp black pepper powder
1 Tsp salt
2 Tbsp schezwan sauce
1/3 Cup Corn flour
1/3 Cup All purpose flour (maida)
Oil for frying
Bread buns, schezwan sauce, chopped cabbage
