Ingredients- For dough
300g whole wheat flour (genhu aata)
60 ml oil
1 tsp salt
For stuffing-
4-5 medium size boiled potatoes
1 tbsp red chilli powder
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp amchur powder (dry mango powder
1 tsp garam masala
2 tbsp gram flour (besan)
